PSAI Philippines Open Water Instructor Qualification Clinic

Wallace Leung and Gallup Lee conducted a PSAI Open Water IQC this September. It was a big success.

Two candidates, Ronald Serrano and Dante Lagac, have been gone through a tough 2 weeks training and proved themselves eligible for the title - PSAI Open Water Instructor.

The 2 instructors soon have a chance to co-teach a course to gain experience.
